Saylor Painting employs painting professionals with the desire to learn and improve their skills. Along with technical knowledge, we are looking for people with superior customer service skills. We want our customers to feel comfortable and safe with our employees and impressed with their proper presentation, excellent painting skills, knowledge, teamwork and thorough follow-through. We invest in training those new to the painting trade.
We encourage advancement of skill and responsibility, limited only by a willingness to learn and work with others. In painting, there are continual changes in techniques and products. We understand the mutual value of sharing knowledge for employee and employer.

We understand that all these qualifications may not suit a lot of painters. That’s OK; we don’t hire just any painters.
